Chris has more than 15 years of experience across healthcare and pharmacy, spanning pharmacy practice, managed care, and payer strategy. His areas of expertise include payer and provider engagement and strategy, which he draws on to advise life sciences manufacturers on market access related topics. He regularly supports clients across the medical and pharmacy benefit space from pre-approval through loss of exclusivity (LOE). This includes value-communication work such as launch strategy, PIE and PVP materials, competitive and pricing analyses, and assessment of how policy shifts reshape the life sciences landscape.

Before joining Milliman, Chris spent nearly a decade working with and for payer-provider groups as a pharmacy director for health plans across Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial lines of business. He helped develop Medicare and commercial health plans and served as a voting member of P&T committees. He was responsible for all aspects of the pharmacy benefit, including formulary design and maintenance, financial outcomes, and compliance with CMS and state requirements.
