Denny’s areas of expertise are life insurance financial analysis and modeling. He has managed the build of several hundred actuarial projection models using the Integrate system. The purpose of these models encompasses product development, appraisal value, embedded value, business plan, economic capital, and Solvency II.
In 1995, Denny assumed management responsibility for Integrate and directed its market introduction and growth, helping it become one of the premier life company actuarial modeling systems in the market today.
In recent years, Denny has worked extensively in Japan, Korea, and China, overseeing Integrate development efforts to customize the system for these markets, as well as working with companies to manage Integrate installations and to train the staff. Denny is also directing the introduction of Integrate into Latin American.
In April 2010, Denny accepted a three-year assignment in the United Kingdom. This work led to the development of the Integrate cloud-based components to support industrialization of the actuarial modeling process.
Denny has been a frequent speaker at U.S. and East Asia actuarial conferences and has written numerous papers related to financial modeling.
