Adél brings over a decade of experience in the life reinsurance sector, having held diverse responsibilities in pricing, product development, financial reporting, and risk management at major global reinsurers. Since joining Milliman, Adél has continued to specialise in the field of risk management. She has led, and been seconded to, multiple clients across a variety of risk responsibilities, including providing interim prudential risk leadership, validating operational risk models and development frameworks, conducting independent risk and compliance function reviews, and embedding and managing sustainability-related risks. Her skill set extends to enhancing complex risk understanding, enabling organisations to become more resilient in the face of rapidly evolving market challenges.
