Devin specializes in Taft Hartley multiemployer health and welfare funds, analytical support. This includes developing budgeting and cost projections, analyzing plan experience, reviewing and managing provider renewals, calculating IBNR claim reserves, and developing COBRA rates. Prior to joining Milliman, Devin worked in the insurance industry, specifically for Kaiser Permanente of California.
