Jennifer specializes in Medicare Advantage and Part D, health plan, and pharmaceutical consulting. Her Medicare Advantage and health plan expertise includes:

• Certifying Medicare Part C and D bid submissions 
• Conducting Part D settlement estimates and Part D forecasting     
• Pricing Employer Group Waiver Plans (EGWP)
• Conducting CMS one-third financial and bid audits    
• Performing annual statement year-end reviews, including issuance of the Actuarial Opinion and Memorandum as the appointed actuary    
• Making financial projections, including risk-based capital and targeted surplus  
• Reviewing and/or estimating actuarial liabilities/assets for financial reporting   
• Pricing and valuation of employer group products

Jennifer also works with pharmaceutical manufacturer clients related to risk sharing arrangements, market access, and profitability analyses through financial forecasting, and helps clients understand the impact of regulatory changes in the pharmacy industry. Prior to joining Milliman, Jennifer worked at a large Blue Cross Blue Shield plan. She was responsible for reserve calculations and forecasting for senior and dental products, trend and disease management, hospital provider financial management, and commercial pharmacy rate development, along with development of Part D bids.
