Experience

Mark has over 30 years of experience in the pharmacy and managed care industry. Mark’s areas of expertise include rebate and formulary strategy, clinical and plan performance analytics, pharmacy network pricing, pharmaceutical pipeline impacts, and Medicare Part D requirements and regulations. Mark has extensive experience with account and client relationship management, having worked with regional and national health plans and PBMs in both the commercial and government sectors. He leads client engagement and supports strategic projects to help payers with pharmacy benefit design and supply chain strategies that improve health and lower costs.

Prior to joining Milliman, Mark worked as director of rebate and clinical strategy for a pharmacy benefit manager, where he managed all aspects of client relations and financial operations of the pharmacy programs.
